qualifications, elected officials, and much more. If we
don't provide the information, you have a link to the state web-site
where you can find what you need. You will need Adobe Reader to
view some of our pages. This is a free program that you can
download on your computer.
The Election Commission is responsible for conducting all public
elections in Grainger County. The Commission is comprised of five
members who are appointed by the State Election Commission in odd
numbered years for two-year terms.
Our goal is to have the trust of our citizens, to provide open and
honest elections, as set out by the laws of Tennessee and the United
States. We encourage each and every eligible person to
participate in the election process.
